Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

49 Club

Thank you to all of you who continue to support this fundraising activity; it raises valuable funds for the band - £122.50 every ten weeks in fact!
The latest session started on 22/4/06 and winners so far are:
(15) Sarah Benyon, (17)Adam & Sarah, (8) Becky Ellis, (27) Zac and Siobhan, (48) Hodge family, (22) Caroline King, (20) Mr and Mrs Duke. They all win £10.
The big prize of £32.50 is being drawn on 24 June. That means the new session starts on 1 July. To pay for the next session please bring £5 in a named envelope marked 49 Club to band by 30 June. If you have not got a number in the 49 Club and wish to join please see Alison Eyley or ring 01473 611578 for details. There are numbers available!!

Summer Concert

... is on Saturday the 17th of June. Please make sure you have had sight of the special edition newsletter containing all you need to know about this event.

Car Treasure Hunt

... is on Saturday 1st July. This will start around 5 pm at the car park by St Michaels Church and cars will leave in 5 minute intervals. Entry forms will be handed out at band in the next few weeks. Entry will be £5 per car with the chance of winning a £10 first prize!

Alternative Talents Evening

... is on Saturday the 2nd of September. Entry forms are now available at band practices.
