Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held on 8th March at 7.30pm. Cakes and refreshments will be available! All are welcome and if you have some free time the committees are always looking for new volunteers to join them.

Fundraising Committee Members

As we approach the AGM it would be great to see some new faces on the fundraising committee. We meet about every 6 weeks and sit around my kitchen table drinking tea and coming up with fun ideas to keep the Martlesham brass family entertained throughout the year. We traditionally organise the summer fayre, quiz nights, alternative talents, the summer BBQ, Beetle drives, you can also find us making the tea and running the raffles at our events, volunteers are always welcome to help at any event but if you fancy coming up with the ideas and help with the planning please put your name forward by emailing me.
Many thanks Jayne

Quiz night

There is still time to join the quiz night which will be held on 9th February 2013, starting at 7.00pm. All are welcome. Please bring your own drinks but nibbles will be provided.

Owen has a busy schedule as both soloist and chamber musician. His performances have taken him throughout Europe and have been heard on S4C television, BBC Radio 2s Listen to the Band and the worlds longest-running live music radio programme, Friday Night is Music Night.
