Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Martlesham Brass
'Making Music Fun in East Anglia'

We have two events on our calendar for March, firstly our AGM on Friday 6th at 7.30 at St Michaelâs Church, Martlesham Heath. This is a great opportunity to find out what the band has been up to over the past year and find out what plans the Bandleaders have for us during the coming months! Secondly our Main Band will be appearing in concert at Seaton Road Methodist Church, Felixstowe on Saturday 21st at 7pm, all welcome. This concert is to help to raise money for their âSlates and Laddersâ appeal for the Church Hall Roof. Entrance is £3 (primary school children free), pay on the night. We shall be playing a wide variety of music, there will be refreshments available and a raffle, and we would love to see you there!
One more very advance date to remember â" Martlesham Brass Summer Fayre on Saturday June 13th!
Our band welcomes new players young and old, with or without experience. Our aim is to encourage anyone who feels they would like to play in a brass band to come and have a go! If you would like to join us, or if you already play or have previously played a brass instrument and feel that you would like to come along and meet us, please contact us via the website or use the contact details below.
