Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

A Helping Hand

Martlesham Brass band have recently been awarded the grand sum of £1500 from Councillor Steven Hudson's locality budget. This donation represents Suffolk County Council's and Councillor Steven Hudson's commitment to the provision of new uniforms for Martlesham Brass. The band wishes to express their utmost thanks for this wonderful support.

Summer Success

Thanks to help from volunteers and Nick Pandolfi at SGR FM our rather damp summer fayre was a roaring success raising an extra £850 towards new uniforms for our current 107 membership. Mrs Joy Porter is said to be very proud, seeing off stiff competition to win the cake competition. Thanks to all those who joined in to make the day a success.

Let the summer continue

The band are currently looking forward to their full summer of engagements including; Chelmondiston Primary School on Sat 7th July, music on the green on 14th July and Service on the Green on 15th July.
