It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Summer Fayre

Many thanks to everyone who supported the summer fayre. We raised a fantastic £731! An amazing amount considering there were other events running on the day. If anyone has any ideas for next yearâ��s event please see a member of the fundraising committee.

Brass on the grass

Brass on the grass is on Sunday 20th July at Christchurch Park, it would be nice if players brought a picnic to have before playing at 12.00 on the day.

18th Birthday party!

Our party will be on Saturday 13th September (our actual birthday) please look out for your invitation which will be sent out before the summer break.

Thank you to everyone who has now bought a number, we have none spare at the moment! A new 10 week session is due from 10th May so please look out for Jayne wafting envelopes about.

Uniform

We are buying some more polo shirts and sweatshirts if you would like to order any please speak to person on the door. Also would you like a brassband hoodie? If so please see the band leader.

Instruments

As it the summer holidays soon it is a good time to clean your instruments. Ask the band leaders if you are unsure how to do this.

Subs

If you haven�t already done so, please don�t forget to amend your subs if you pay by standing order.
Subs are now £1.40 per week.

Summer is coming

The last band practice before the summer break will be 25th July. Band returns on September 5th which will be the first practice night
