Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

- Headway Kesgrave
- Suffolk Young Peoples Health Project
- Ipswich branch of the Alzheimers Society

Collectors

As well as having people out playing, we require people to help to collect. People need to be 16 or over to collect â" please put down any dates you or any of your friends or family can do, on the ticklists.

Players

You will be receiving ticklists, and we ask you to return them to us by the 26th of November (next week, please!) This will help us to ensure that all carolling events are covered.
Please note that during our carolling engagements, under 16's should be accompanied by an adult who could either collect or do some shopping (if at a supermarket) as carolling can sometimes finish early.
Furthermore, all players are welcome to attend any of the carolling jobs, not just the ones allocated to their band!

Future date for your diary...

We will be holding a quiz night on Saturday 5th February 2011, all proceeds from this evening will be going to help fund the Watchet tour. Taking 40+ people nearly 300 miles is going to be a costly but enjoyable experience, there are plans for workshops, a joint concert and of course the chance to catch up with the Eyley's and the members of Watchet Band.
