It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

'Making Music Fun in East Anglia'

September is a really important month for Martlesham Brass - we are celebrating our 20th Birthday! Our Birthday Concert is on Saturday 24th September at St Michaelâ��s Church Centre Martlesham Heath starting at 7pm. We are delighted to welcome the world famous trombone player, Brett Baker, who will be playing with the band. Tickets £3.50 (primary school children free) from our website , Friday evening band practices at St Michael's between 7pm & 8pm, 2nd Stop Charity Shop (next to Kesgrave Tesco) or 07802 868924.
All our bands from the Beginners to the Main Band will be performing, and the concert will include the Bandleaders� awards to players who have improved the most over the year. Please come along and help us celebrate - there will be Birthday cake too!
We will also be appearing at the Martlesham Heath Aviation Society Open Day on Sunday 11th September - do come along & listen to us

We would love to hear from new players, young and old, with or without experience. Our aim is to encourage anyone who feels they would like to play in a brass band to come and have a go!
