Making music fun in east anglia

It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Martlesham Brass has always held her in great esteem and we will miss her dedication and constant care for us.
We have followed her example of making our organisation open and welcoming to all.

We look to the future when we can celebrate her life and that of our new sovereign, King Charles III.

Martlesham Brass
'Making Music Fun in East Anglia'

This month we wave goodbye to the Eyley family as they start their new life in Somerset. Bruce was one of the founder members of our band and has been the Main Band conductor for many years. We wish the whole family well in their new venture.
In July we shall be playing at the Martlesham Heath 'Music on the Green' event on 12th and again for the Service on the Green on Sunday 13th. We have also been invited to play at Woodbridge Lodge Residential Home on 19th, as they celebrate their 10 year anniversary. We then have a break from playing at events in August to give all our families time to go on holiday! We start rehearsing again in September and look forward to playing at the Martlesham Heath Aviation Society Open Day on 14th.

Our band welcomes new players young and old, with or without experience. Our aim is to encourage anyone who feels they would like to play in a brass band to come and have a go! If you would like to join us, or if you already play or have previously played a brass instrument and feel that you would like to come along and meet us, please contact us via the website or use the contact details below.
